Set up your Private Vault

For ID proofs, licenses and private photos and videos. Files are encrypted before they go to Google Drive, so anyone who opens your Drive (or your team) only sees unreadable .bin files.

Use a PIN that's different from your login password, and don't share it with the team.

If you forget your Vault PIN, this key is the only way to open the vault. Nobody can recover your files without it, not even Google.

Write it on paper, or keep it in a password manager. Don't save it in this Drive, where the team could find it.
